對(duì)于訪客，無需卡和密碼就可實(shí)現(xiàn)登梯：先使用對(duì)講系統(tǒng)呼叫住戶，住戶確認(rèn)訪客身份后，按開門鍵的同時(shí)會(huì)向電梯送出啟動(dòng)信號(hào)，IC卡電梯控制系統(tǒng)送出客人可以到該層的信號(hào)，當(dāng)電梯下到一樓時(shí)，（可選配對(duì)講主機(jī)聯(lián)動(dòng)外呼電梯則自動(dòng)下到一樓），客人進(jìn)入電梯后，按下住戶所住樓層的按鍵，則登記啟動(dòng)電梯，而其他未授權(quán)的樓層，訪客無法按鍵登記；同時(shí)也能解決互訪串門問題；可選配自動(dòng)招梯功能既按下對(duì)講分機(jī)招梯鍵后出門，這時(shí)電梯自動(dòng)到這層樓，讓電梯等人而不是人等電梯，帶來便捷的智能化生活；可與多奧停車管理/門禁/考勤/智能通道/消費(fèi)/在線巡更等智能一卡通。
